Prostate cancer (PCa) is one of the most prevalent malignant tumors. The alternation microRNA (miRNA) expression associated with prostate progression, whereas its way to influence progression remains elusive. levels PRDM16 mRNA and miR-372-3p in PCa cell lines were analyzed using qRT-PCR. protein was also western blot. Overall, our study clarifies biological role miR-372-3p/PRDM16 axis which may be effective biomarkers for clinical treatment cancer.
